Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

Our ability to attract high caliber talent in RTP and San Francisco, spanning MBAs, PhDs, MDs and PharmDs, have enabled us to build a team that consistently delivers top quality work. In turn, we consistently exceed the expectations of our clients. Our commitment to quality drives our business and serves as the backbone of our growth.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Apolito: 2019 is shaping up to be an exciting year for Triangle Insights Group. As we cross internal milestones after our 5 year anniversary we reflect on the growth we've had and the team that has helped shape us into the organization we are today. By far, our best advantage is our employees that provide exceptional insights for our clients and is the competitive advantage behind their strategies. We've enjoyed 25 percent year over year growth in 2019. We continue to have significant staff expansion including our largest incoming summer class in Triangle history.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020? 

Apolito: We expect another strong year for Triangle Insights in 2020. We have seen great growth in our industry and continue to support our clients in cell and gene therapies, oncology, dermatology, and other therapeutic areas. We also continue to expand our ability to execute on projects across the spectrum of commercial and corporate needs in launch strategies, pricing and market access strategy, medical devices, and R&D strategy.

Consulting: What are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?

Apolito: Our biggest challenge is managing our growth- we continue to focus our efforts on attracting and retaining exceptional employees from a diverse background of experiences and universities. We have expanded our hiring to additional universities and programs and want to ensure we are continually hiring the best and brightest. Triangle Insights is also committed to expanding our client base while never losing sight of our core values; premier quality work, fervent commitment to client partnerships and a prominent position as thought leaders within the life sciences industry.
