Consulting caught up with Kelly to discuss the firm's financial performance, overall outlook and its ranking as one of the Fastest Growing Firms for 2019.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Kelly: I would say there are three: focus—not trying to be all things to all people; operational excellence; and maintaining a best-in-class culture.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Kelly: We've completed three strategic acquisitions, opened four new geographies, and deepened our experience and expertise in our core capability areas. All of these investments in our future are positioning us to finish 2019 on a roll.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2020? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Kelly: 2020 will be a strong growth year for us, as our new markets kick into growth mode, and we continue to go after strategic acquisitions.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2020?
Kelly: I would say we have a few challenges for 2020; One, maintaining small company culture, speed, and adaptability as we grow into a much larger company; maintaining the exceptional delivery quality we've built our reputation upon; and three, maintaining a culture that attracts top consultants.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Kelly: This recognition as one of Consulting magazine's Fastest Growing Firms serves as validation that ThreeBridge Solutions is doing the right thing, and fuel for us to continue on the journey we started 10 years ago.
