Sia Partners is a next generation consulting firm focused on delivering superior value and tangible results to its clients as they navigate the digital revolution. With over 1,200 consultants in 15 countries, the firm will generate an annual turnover of $230 million for the current fiscal year, says Sandrine Carreau, Head of Marketing & Corporate Development. "As the pioneer of Consulting 4.0, we develop consulting bots and we integrate the disruption of AI in our solutions," Carreau says. "Thanks to our current trading, we are confident to be ranked again next year." Through unparalleled industry expertise, the firm delivers superior value and tangible results for clients, Carreau says. "Our innovative approach has led us to welcome the disruption of AI, invest in our Data Science field, and develop consulting bots. Sia Partners is run by an international management team and organized as a partnership." Sia Partners teams work in an integrated way in the Sia Village. Carreau says that initiative launched around three pillars: working atmosphere, community, and Corporate Social Responsibility aims to incorporate the firm's DNA into its office space and way of working. The teams use innovative technologies such as Sia branded Apps, social networks, web communities and digital tools. "Sia Partners places employee commitment at the heart of its HR strategy," Carreau says. "We treat our team with respect and fairness and help employees develop their professional skills. Making social responsibility an integral part of our mission, we promote and value a healthy balance between job responsibilities and family life. The firm is a member of several networks of corporate decision makers as well as trade associations." Carreau sat down with Consulting to discuss the Paris-based firm's financial performance.

Carreau: It's the year of the cognitive transition, and we intend to explore and seize all opportunities that this creates.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2019? Where do you see the opportunities?
Carreau: We see opportunities in all industries, and we will expand our footprint in North America and Europe.

Carreau: I would say recruitment—so we can keep up with our growth.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Carreau: For our firm, I would say it's combining the size (we are currently 1,200 consultants), the ability and the momentum is crucial to get more critical mass in each location. And for our clients, it's proof of the quality of our services; we could not grow without the trust of our clients.
