Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

Ephrem: We're fortunate our original vision of a digital agency and staffing agency together under one roof lines up well with where the market has moved in the US and resonates with the international markets and as a result, we are well positioned in our markets. This translates into flexibility for our clients: our digital agency can provide our services on a project-by-project basis, while our staffing agency can supply consultants that know how to help our clients be successful. 

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Ephrem: 2018 is shaping up to be another stellar year for us. It has been a year of both national and international expansion and continued awards for Fast 50, INC 5000, and Best Places to Work among others. Our staffing Agency opened offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Malaysia. Our digital agency continued to expand its operations into Dubai and the Indian market. In 2018, we also expanded our agency service offerings with the addition of our Salesforce Practice.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for next year?

Ephrem: Our growth and success is the result of careful planning and a realistic approach to the markets not just nationally, but also internationally to give us a global footprint and drive larger future growth. We will continue to focus on an aggressive growth strategy, but being pragmatic around the opportunities and the right balance of investment that will maximize the results. We see the national market continuing to grow with added and potentially larger growth coming from the international markets of UAE and India that have a strong appetite for our services.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges?

Ephrem: Our challenges continue to be closely aligned with our opportunities. It's about smart growth, hiring great talent to support our growth and managing change. Our culture is a big part of our success and we need to continue evolve it carefully and consistently across the global markets to preserve the elements that matter most for our brand regardless of the market we serve.

Ephrem: Awards like this one really validate our philosophy.
