Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?
Cahill: Our success continues to be driven by the work done by our dedicated team on behalf of our clients. We have continued to diversify our services portfolio in an effort to provide our clients solutions to their day-to-day challenges.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Cahill: This year has been interesting and positive as we evolve along with our clients. Our focus and theirs is shifting to finding solutions to lower cost and more efficiently deliver their services.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2019? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Cahill: We really believe 2019 will be another transformative year as healthcare organizations that have invested heavily in technology solutions will continue to seek ways to become more efficient through innovation. Cumberland's best sources of growth will continue to stem from clients with whom we have relationships and for whom we can provide innovative approaches to their most important initiatives.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2019?
Cahill: Next year's challenges won't change from this year or the past several years. We need to retain our great team and find new talent to complement them and continue to evolve our services to meet our clients' ever-changing needs in a regulated industry.
