Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth over the last three years?

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Albrecht: This has been another year of growth and change, with all that entails. We've had great successes and also some of the failures that are part of the growth cycle. The growing pains of 2018 have been learning opportunities—and that makes us stronger.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2019? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Albrecht: Our 2019 outlook is positive. I see great potential in some of our largest accounts, where we have real opportunities to expand existing footprints.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2019?
Albrecht: We see challenges in two areas: 1. Scaling and building unique delivery models to serve our largest customers' increasingly complex needs. 2. Professionalizing our internal operations as we scale.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms this year mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Albrecht: Being a Fastest Growing Firm this year is meaningful to us at Bridge Partners because it means that the work we're doing has value for our customers. At the end of the day, our firm is about customer value, and our sustained growth is indicative of that long-term value equation. Growth means opportunity for our people and that is how we build the firm of the future.
