Consulting:  What were the main factors that contributed to your firm's exceptional growth?

Baroni: Attain's mission and vision are based on three core principles: built-to-last, next-generation, and values-driven. At the heart of our core principles, it is our exceptionally talented team who really drives our sustainable growth. At Attain, we provide the environment, the culture, and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity, encourages new ways of thinking, and values a commitment to excellence—producing the best results for our clients.

Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?

Baroni: 2018 will be another banner year for Attain. We're continuing to achieve healthy organic growth and are on track to realize double digit revenue growth for the sixth straight year, winning strategic contracts and delivering on our commitment to serve our clients' missions through more than 300 client projects. On the people front, we're continuing to grow and develop our team of talented professionals, on-boarding more than 280 full-time new hires so far this year, including a new Chief People Officer. And, we're investing in our greatest assets—our people—through the introduction of new employee benefits and career tracks.

Consulting:  How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2019? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Baroni: We are very optimistic about Attain's outlook for 2019, and the path to achieve our vision to be an elite next-generation, values-driven, built-to-last consultancy. As we have since our firm's founding, we will put our people first and invest in their success. As far as specific market opportunities, we will continue to focus on areas such as Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and robotic process automation (RPA), and will extend our capabilities through Attain's ecosystem of strategic alliance partners, including Salesforce and Red Hat.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm's biggest challenges in 2019?

Baroni: In addition to competing for top talent, our biggest challenge—or opportunity—will be leveraging the convergence of new technologies to give our clients transformative advantages.

Baroni: We couldn't be more proud to be recognized for a third year in a row as a standout performer. This ranking is an acknowledgement of our strong and competitive growth, and validates our reputation in the market as a premier consultancy and employer of choice.
