Despite starting in consulting only three years ago, Clayton Wolff has delivered critical initiatives in industries ranging from financial services to transportation and retail. In May 2015, Wolff made a career transition into the consulting industry and Kenway was the company that took a chance on him. "I am proud of the fact that thus far, I have proved to Kenway that I was worth the opportunity they provided," he says. "I am so very proud of where I work, a firm constantly striving to find innovative and creative ways to help others."

Wolff is a company leader in Kenway's sales and marketing team, where he not only educates prospects on how Kenway can help, but also coaches other employees on how to execute the firm's approach to networking. Recognizing a need at both current clients and the market, Wolff achieved his Salesforce certification and started Kenway's CRM practice in 2017. And all of this before his 30th birthday.

"My dad used to always tell me that if you find a job you love, you'll never work a day in your life. With that in mind, I'm most proud of the fact that at 29 years old, the company that employs me—Kenway—allows me to say just that," Wolff says. "I truly love my job."

What's most exciting, he says, is that there is always going to be something new. "There will be a new client, a new business problem, a new skill to learn, a new methodology to leverage, a new framework to fine-tune, Wolff says. "The consulting industry is built upon innovation and creativity, and we are lucky enough to constantly be exposed to different industries, people and business problems, which always keeps things fresh and exciting."

He says winning a Rising Stars  award "means more than anyone probably realizes. I'm surrounded by excellence. To be part of this world of such driven, smart and talented professionals is not something I take for granted."
