LOS ANGELES—West Monroe Partners announced the acquisition of CAST Management Consultants, a Los Angeles-based consulting firm specializing in performance optimization solutions for the financial services industry. CAST, founded in 1986, serves many of the nation's largest retail and commercial banks and insurance companies.
Nearly 20 CAST employees join West Monroe Partners' Financial Services practice. These include CAST's President and CEO, Thomas Collins, and Executive Vice President, Christopher Caulfield, who will become directors based in the firm's Los Angeles office.

The acquisition combines West Monroe's technology expertise and knowledge of commercial lending and treasury services process optimization with CAST's capabilities in commercial banking delivery model design, data-driven organizational transformation, retail banking digital channel optimization, and risk and regulatory solutions, says Gil Mermelstein, managing director and leader of West Monroe Partners' Financial Services practice.
