With 131 percent revenue growth, Loft9 came in at No. 26 on the Fastest Growing Firms list. Consulting caught up with Beals to discuss the firm.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to you exceptional growth rate between the years 2011 and 2014?
Beals: Between 2011 and 2014 we grew organically by delivering great quality, which drove many referrals, this helped us diversify our client base and attract amazing talent. We are focused on developing our associates and providing a great client experience this combination drives growth.
Consulting: How is 2015 shaping up for your firm?
Beals: We launched a managed service line this year, with that we expect to be up 20 percent year over year.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2016? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Beals: We are targeting at least another 20 percent year on year, we see great opportunity in our existing markets in multiple industries, healthcare of course will continue to be strong with the ACA.
Consulting: What do you see as the biggest challenges for your firm in 2016?
Beals: Competing for talent and competition in the market. That said, we are seeing a good amount of consolidation in 2015, we expect to see more of that in 2016, as well.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Beals: We are excited to have made the list along with many other amazing firms. It helps us calibrate and it can be leveraged as a marketing tool to a point when we are talking with candidates and new clients.
