With a 62 percent growth rate, c3 settles in at No. 37 on our ranking of the profession's Fastest Growing Firms. Chase sat down with Consulting to discuss the C3′s performance.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to you exceptional growth?
Chase: Several factors contributed to our growth. First, our clients were growing and changing significantly and they relied on us to help navigate that with them. Second, business problems are getting increasingly more complex and require a different level of thinking to effectively address them. Third, we continue to attract great people who want to make a significant contribution and deliver results for our clients, and they do. As a result, our business has thrived.
Consulting: How is 2015 shaping up for your firm?
Chase: This has been another great year for us. It has been another great year of growth. We have grown in terms of clients, revenue, and team members. We have had the opportunity to work on many exciting engagements dealing with significant growth and change. It has been a challenging, fun year.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2016? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Chase: We are at another exciting inflection point in our business. Our growth demands that we continue to scale. That will require us to continue to build our infrastructure, team, and capabilities. Our clients are continuing to grow and want to push the envelope regarding transformation and change. We have a unique opportunity to help them successfully deliver that value. From our perspective, the outlook for 2016 looks bright and busy.
Consulting: What do you see as the biggest challenges for your firm in 2016?
Chase: Our biggest challenges are ensuring that we continue to deliver strategic value to our clients, finding great people to join our team, providing significant opportunities to our incredible team members to make an impact, while maintaining the unique culture that is so important to our success.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting's Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Chase: I believe it signifies the terrific impact our team is making within the organizations in which we are fortunate enough to work. Our clients trust us to do great work. Our team delivers on that trust again and again.
