Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your exceptional growth rate between the years 2011 and 2014?

Trimble: The key factors for our growth are: 1) having solutions that are in high demand—we increase net income without cutting people and we save firms significant dollars. We do this by using our unique 25 years of built and developed market intelligence and proven methodologies and big data analytics skills. Which brings me to the other key growth factor and that is: 2) our unparalleled people; we hire the best and brightest people to do our work with perfect balance chemistry and skill then we train them in our proven and unique methodologies; and lastly, 3) we have carefully selected clients that value our services and our approach.

Consulting: How is 2015 shaping up for your firm?

Trimble: 2015 will be the best year in the history of AArete by far. We continue to have the savings meter going at a higher speed than ever before, we have a fresh group of newly hired people that have been rigorously trained in what we do and we have three times as many clients as we have in years past.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2016? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Trimble: The outlook for 2016 looks robust. Barring any significant unforeseen environmental or economic slowdown, 2016 should again be a record year. The areas for the largest demand looks to be anything and everything to do with improving earnings in the healthcare space.

Consulting: What do you see as the biggest challenges for your firm in 2016?

Trimble: The biggest challenge we face at AArete is continuing to adapt to the demand with the right solutions at the right time and for the right industries. This takes relentless listening to our clients and swift adaptation by our service delivery teams.
