Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your exceptional growth rate between the years 2011 and 2014?

Roth: As the pace of business continues to increase—companies are smarter and demand execution. This approach, coupled with our biggest asset—our passionate, driven and deeply experienced consultants—has resulted in our exceptional growth. By prioritizing connecting the right clients with the right consultants, we have built relationships that have lasted and grown.

Consulting: How is 2015 shaping up for your firm?

Roth: 2015 has been a great year for us. We have worked with some very innovative clients and provided strategic guidance to improve their overall performance and profitability.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm's outlook for 2016? Where do you see the most opportunities?

Roth: We have a great outlook for the year ahead. We see growing opportunity within SAP, BI, and managed services for IT programs.
