Over the last year, Sarah Rose Wright was the project manager for the development of a new service offering for EY. At the 2015 World Economic Forum at Davos, EY organized a six-CEO panel around the subject of purposeful transformation, at which EY formally launched this new Purpose-Led Transformation (PLT) service offering.

The response was resounding. Experts indicated this EY approach "may disrupt strategy consulting market." And it has been enthusiastically received in the marketplace: since Davos, EY's PLT pipeline has skyrocketed.

"The successful launch of EY's new Purpose-led Transformation service offering has been my most fulfilling achievement," Wright says. "I also take considerable pride in the recognition I've garnered from my peers and superiors at EY, both for coaching and developing younger consultants, as well as for mentoring new mothers." Wright's a new mother herself with one-year-old at home.

As for her success so far, Wright credits "wonderful and inspiring" mentors she's had along the way. "They have always been available, always willing to provide guidance, and have been tremendous role models for me," she says. "In particular, I've had some terrific women mentors who have proven it's possible to be a wonderful mom as well as a great consultant."

Wright says she is "extremely honored to have been recognized by my leadership, just to be nominated for the award, especially given the talent I work with every day," Wright says. "Winning the award is a reflection of the belief they have in me and I am very thankful for ther faith and support, as well as the love and support of my family."
