Rich Bajner is a Managing Director and National Co-Leader of Navigant Healthcare's Value Transformation business where he has led the development of the firm's payment transformation initiatives and grown the practice from start-up to a multi-million practice. At just 32, he is one of Navigant's youngest Managing Directors.
"I believe the biggest driver of my success has been my ability to frame key issues, structure communications to help senior leaders make difficult decisions," Bajner says. "I also have an ability put myself in our clients' shoes in order to achieve their buy-in and long term partnership."
In an era of major change to the healthcare industry, he has partnered with some of the largest systems across the country to develop and implement strategies to better manage population health and facilitate new long-term relationships between payers and providers. His work has impacted more than 10 million lives.
