Mohan Kommanaboina started his career in 2002 and at just 34 years old, he has over 12 years of global experience, playing a significant role in starting the firm's SAP IT Governance, Risk and Compliance business, and helping drive growth from three members to more than 180 in just six years.
Kommanaboina, Manager of Management Consulting at KPMG, has extensive project experience leading SAP global roll out projects across a variety of industries, including energy, financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare, resulting in multi-million dollars of savings for clients.
Kommanaboina is a key member of KPMG's IT GRC consulting group, which helped fuel approximately 350 percent growth in the last five years. He was one of just 16 national winners of KPMG's Chairman's Award for High Performance, a distinction that separates him from other top performers.
"I have always set high standards for myself regardless of how challenging they may be. Performing at the highest level I have been able to accomplish the goals I set for myself and find success within my career," Kommanaboina says.

As far as being named a Rising Star of the Profession, he says it's an honor. "Being recognized for this award among the top performers in today's field is a great honor," he says. "It reflects on the hard work and dedication I strive for every day for my firm, clients and community. This award is tribute for the great clients I have been able to work with and my team members who help support and accomplish my goals."
