Jeb Carlisle joined Carlisle & Gallagher more than a decade ago as a recruiter and his roles and contributions since then span nearly every area of the firm: resource management, business development, operations, services delivery and account management.
Now a director, Carlisle helped drive 200 percent year on year growth of CG's wealth management clients in 2014. And he helped establish CG's Capital Markets Practice—now at more than 100 members.
"Building and managing teams from the ground up has been a consistently rewarding experience for me at CG," Carlisle says. "Today, that team is 100 strong, leading some of the largest and most complex programs for our client—a top 5 U.S. bank—and elevating the CG brand in the industry. This growth has created opportunities for my team to make a real impact across their clients, careers and communities."
Carlisle says he really enjoys identifying talent, building teams and developing leaders. "Our industry is very competitive and the opportunity to drive client success is dynamic," he says. "You need a solid understanding of the people, culture and methodologies to be able to create teams that work well together, span multiple geographies and align with both CG and client leadership."
Carlisle says the Rising Stars award is the culmination of 10 years of hard work and much success at CG. "I'm proud of what I have been able to accomplish here—for my clients, my teams and myself—and I am grateful for the guidance and support of my CG mentors, managers and colleagues over the years," says Carlisle. "They never cease to amaze me with their talent, dedication and loyalty. I share this award with them because I couldn't have done it without them."
