Decision Resources Group's Carolyn Arendacs says it's a tremendous honor to be recognized as a Rising Star in the Profession, particularly in the area of Client Service.
"At Decision Resources Group, striving to continually delight customers with the insight-based services and products we provide is at the very core of our firm's mission," she says. "I am only one of many DRG team members looking to achieve this goal on a daily basis."
And over the last three years as a Director in DRG's Commercial Consulting division, she's been able to achieve it—whether the engagement is a targeted payer assessment for a pharmaceutical business development opportunity or a multi-phase environmental analysis for a specialty brand team, Arendacs delivers.
"I am extremely proud to be part of a consulting team that leading biopharmaceutical clients trust to serve as a thought partner on some of the most important and complex business issues impacting the healthcare industry," she says.
"I have had the chance to work with many talented colleagues and clients and always feel a sense of accomplishment when clients reach their goals or implement a successful strategy as a result of our work."
Arendacs says that seeking to put the client first has been a strategy that's helped contribute to her success in consulting thus far.
"I feel strongly about taking the time to understand each client's unique business challenges and goals, and also try to push myself to think proactively on their behalf during and after engagements," she says. "This has helped me to develop and bolster lasting client relationships early on in my career."
