Raj Sharma Censeo Consulting Group makes a return to the Best Small Firms to Work For ranking for the first time since 2009, an affirmation, says Raj Sharma, Founder and CEO of Censeo, of its unique operating model based on its mission, values, and culture.

Being named a Best Small Firm to Work For "validates the decisions we've made as a company, employees' decisions to come here, and clients' decisions to hire us," Sharma says. "This type of recognition also further increases our clout, encouraging clients to refer to us other potential partners."

On the Best Firms to Work For survey, Censeo ranked among the best small firms in terms of Compensation & Benefits and Work/Life Balance, where the firm was ranked No. 7. "We've recently implementing leading flexible work policies to help employees balance their work and their lives," Sharma says.

Employees strongly value the firm's culture, which is the firm's core strength that brings people together and ensures value for clients, Sharma says.
