Consulting: What are the major drivers of change confronting the retail industry?
Lisa Feigen Dugal: There are several drivers of change confronting the retail industry. One is consumer and business insight. There is a need to operationalize and optimize the volume of consumer data flowing from club, social networking, e-commerce and loyalty programs.
