KPMG completed the acquisition of Optimum Solutions, a provider of management consulting and implementation services for organizations utilizing Oracle Corp.'s enterprise software.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The acquisition strengthens KPMG's Oracle consulting business, helping clients use technology to transform key operations such as human capital management, finance and accounting, business intelligence and supply chain management, says Lynne Doughtie, KPMG LLP vice chair – Advisory.
