Lenati is a specialized sales and marketing management consultancy that provides clients with innovative but practical solutions to their business needs.

At least that's the way Kirk Johnson, a Partner with the Seattle-based firm sees it. "We blend deep industry experience, a partnership focus with the customer, and a 'get it done' attitude while always maintaining an eye on driving to results," he says. "We are frequently described by our clients as experts without the attitude."

Maybe so, but what the firm may lack in attitude it more than makes up for in results—both with clients and its own employees. "As this recognition reflects, there is a very positive, energetic vibe within Lenati right now," Johnson says. "People are excited about our vision and future growth opportunities, given we have doubled the size of our organization in the last two years."

And that's translated to increased client satisfaction and engagement, an area where Lenati stood out in the survey. "Our clients are our partners and their success is our success. In the end, the client knows their business and what will work in their environment, and we blend providing an opinion with a focus on getting to results quickly," Johnson says. And unlike some other consultancies, he says, Lenati isn't afraid to offer an opinion that may differ from the norm with the hope that the solution will be more impactful in the end.

The other differentiator for Lenati, Johnson says, is its culture. "In an industry traditionally known as formal and stodgy, we have fun both internally and with our clients and try not to take ourselves too

seriously," he says. "It's an honor to be recognized as a Best Small Firm to Work For, and it's an affirmation that the strategy we set out—creating a unique and rewarding environment for our employees—has come to fruition," Johnson says.
