Earlier this year, Nouveon was recognized as one of Consulting's Seven Small Jewels. The firm is back on our recognition radar once again, only this time as part of HiSoft, a global technology services provider. HiSoft acquired Nouveon in July.

Under either name, the firm is doing plenty right. "Our consultants are doing great things every day, and people are noticing," says T.J. Eberle, President, U.S. IT Services for HiSoft, and the former CEO of Nouveon. "Our people are our strongest asset, and we believe in spotlighting them and our culture. We're always looking for people who want to be part of something special."

And that, of course, was something HiSoft clearly noticed, Eberle says. "Now that we have joined with HiSoft, their global presence and strong delivery capabilities add a new dimension to the services we offer our clients," he says.

Another key factor that undoubtedly attracted HiSoft was Nouveon's entrepreneurial spirit and experience of its workers—bringing an average of eighteen years of experience to the table. And many have a Big Four background.

"We have depth of expertise in the service areas as well as industry expertise," Eberle says. "Our results stem from the continued high quality of expertise we offer to our clients and the business value generated from our attractive quality-to-cost ratio."

Agility, innovation, and ability to adapt are critical to success in today's environment, Eberle says.

"We exemplify these characteristics through innovative solutions. We will continue to empower and inspire our consultants to be the best they can be for themselves and their clients," he says. "We strive to lift those we serve to the top, and our consultants focus on one core goal—making great things happen every day."
