PwC is acquiring PRTM. Thhe deal is expected to close later this summer and financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
PRTM, the Waltham, Ma.-based operations firm, was ranked No. 15 on our annual Best Firms to Work For list in 2010. PwC, meanwhile, was ranked No. 8.
PRTM's 725 consultants will join the PwC Global Advisory practice. "The PRTM team will provide our firm with significant capabilities in the areas of operational strategy, execution and business model innovation," says Dana Mcilwain, PwC Vice Chairman and U.S. Advisory Leader.
