In the last two months, Hitachi Consulting announced two significant non-U.S. acquisitions: Sierra Atlantic, which is primarily focused in China and India, and Madrid-based Aptivo Consulting.
These deals are the latest in a string of acquisitions since Hitachi Consulting was formed 10 years ago. And Consulting believes more acquisitions are likely.
