Management consultancy Point B has announced plans to transfer ownership of the firm to its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan over the next several years. Co-CEO Tim Jenkins says the move is intended to give employees a sense of ownership and entice associates to think and act like owners, which research suggests increases productivity.
