Pricewaterhousecoopers India has acquired ECS, earlier known as Eicher Consultancy Services, a human resources and operations consultancy also based in India. The acquisition will add five partners and more than 100 consultants to PwC's roster.
"With ECS' operations and HR skills and capabilities, PwC can enhance its offering to clients and continue to distinguish our consulting services. We welcome the staff and partners of ECS into the PwC family," said Ramesh Rajan, PwC chairman.
