Another year, another Best Firms to Work For survey and another top spot for Bain & Company. For those still counting, that's six years running that Bain has claimed the No. 1 position in our annual survey. This year, Bain claimed top billing in four of the six categories the survey measures—Career Development, The Job, Work/Life Balance and Culture. Bain finished second in the other two areas measures—Leadership and Compensation and Benefits.
