In addition, the firm's leadership gets high marks from employees. When asked of the firm's managers value employees, Forsythe consultants said they do, giving the firm a 4.84 out of a possible 5.00. Forsythe also scores high marks for it compensation, including its base salary structure, profit-sharing plan and its generous performance bonus rewards.
