Perhaps all you need to know about Centric Consulting is in the response to one survey question. When asked to rate morale at their company, Centric consultants gave the firm a 4.88 out of possible 5.00—the highest in the survey for both large and small firms. Centric consultants also gave the firm high marks for its flexible work arrangements. All of that leads to an unheard of 98 percent employee retention rate. In addition, Centric's revenues have grown 530 percent in the last three years. It's no wonder that the firm, a management and technology firm launched in 2001 by a group of former Accenture partners, was recognized as Best Place to Work by Business First magazine. Centric's 250 consultants do the majority of their work in three areas: strategy, process and technology in various industries, including financial services, public sector, insurance and retail.
