Brand strategy and design consultancy Lippincott Mercer has announced that Steve Lawrence has joined the firm's New York office as a senior partner, effective immediately. With over twenty years of cross-industry consulting experience, Lawrence's expertise includes brand strategy development, brand design and implementation, internal brand alignment and communications, brand ROI management and marketing research techniques. His clients have included American Express, Bank of America, ChevronTexaco, Continental Airlines, Deloitte, Fujitsu, General Motors, McGraw-Hill, Northwestern Mutual and Shell. Lawrence was most recently an executive director at Landor Associates where he led business development and key client work. Earlier, he was an executive vice president at Straightline International, the president of True North Branding and Design Group and an executive vice president at Anspach Grossman Enterprise. Steve was a principal at Lippincott Mercer from 1987-1998. Lawrence holds a B.S. in Psychology from Tufts University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Boston University. Lippincott Mercer provides planning, design and implementation services in a number of branding disciplines, including brand strategy, brand creation, brand environments, packaging and brand management.
