Consulting caught up with Kanumury to discuss the firm’s performance that led to a 108 percent growth rate, good enough to land the firm at No. 34 on our Fastest Growing Firms ranking.
Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm’s exceptional growth?
Kanumury: Our growth in Europe and our track record of success through industry specific solutions.
Consulting: How is this year shaping up for your firm?
Kanumury: We are looking at a 50 percent global head count growth along with a sizable jump in revenue over last year.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm’s outlook for 2017? Where do you see the most opportunities?
Kanumury: Our outlook is an approximate 30 percent revenue growth year over year. We will do this by providing an increased adoption for industry specific growth in pharma. I believe Europe will be our greatest area of opportunity during 2017.
Consulting: What would you say are your firm’s biggest challenges in 2017?
Kanumury: The first challenge is making sure that people are aware of the solutions we can provide. The second challenge is competing with single sourcing mentality in strategies.
Consulting: What does being named one of Consulting’s Fastest Growing Firms mean to your firm, your employees and your clients?
Kanumury: Consulting is all about service excellence. It’s about guidance. Moreover, it’s about using that guidance to help the clients navigate the unknown.
