June brings with it another monthly jobs report, along with a sluggish economy that added just 280,000 jobs to the market. More than one in three workers is now a Millennial, and in 2015, Millennials comprised the largest share of the American workforce.

The upside revealed in the report? The professional and business services fields added more jobs in the month of May than any other industry. That said, the largest consulting firms are hiring business and management consultants at the fastest pace. The prospects of growth and expansion into new markets, new disciplines, and new directions have fueled this hiring spree. And as always, the best talent is picked up quickly, and with greater expertise comes higher fees.
