Caesars turned to Aon Hewitt for help.

The Challenge

The Solution

The most critical element of Aon Hewitt's solution was technology accelerators for screening, scheduling and interviewing. Aon Hewitt ramped up its solution to accommodate thousands of candidates in less than two weeks. Using client-defined, tailored interview questions and an agreed-upon calibration, Aon Hewitt thoroughly and consistently screened and rated candidates.
