TayganPoint Consulting Group, which was named one of Consulting magazine's Seven Small Jewels earlier this year, announced that Joy Taylor, it's co-founder and CEO, was included on the list of "50 Fastest-Growing Women-Led Companies" in North America by the Women Presidents' Organization (WPO). Taylor placed 15th on the list, which honors businesses that are led by women.

To be included on the list a company must be privately held, women-owned or led, operating in North America and have reached two benchmarks: at least $500,000 in revenue by 2007 and $2 million in revenue by 2012. Then, the WPO uses a sales growth formula, combining percentage and absolute growth, to determine how the companies are ranked.

"It's an honor to receive this recognition and to be ranked among these powerful and influential female leaders," says Taylor. "TayganPoint's success is born out of its ability to provide clients with the best service possible. 2012 was a turning point for us because we added to our pharmaceutical client base and expanded our regulatory practice, resulting in significant growth for the year."
