Sales & marketing agency for CPG brands forms new unit to be led by Griffin’s CEO Carrie Shea
Griffin Strategic Advisors LLC, a strategy and operations firm, announced it has been acquired by Acosta Sales & Marketing, a sales and marketing agency in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Griffin will unite with Acosta’s Marketing Group (AMG) to form AMG Strategic Advisors, a new business unit to be led by Griffin’s co-founder and CEO Carrie Shea. Shea will report to Acosta Chief Marketing Officer Ramin Eivaz and will serve as President of AMG Strategic Advisors. Griffin will continue to use the Griffin Strategic Advisors name for non-CPG clients and industries.

Founded in 2008, Griffin’s serves clients in the consumer products, retail, apparel/footwear, automotive, private equity and higher education industries. Last year, Griffin was recognized by Consulting magazine as one of “seven consulting firms to watch” as part of its annual Seven Small Jewels award.
