For the second year in a row, The Boston Consulting Group ranked No. 2 on Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list. BCG has also captured the top spot among small companies for the fifth time and become one of only two firms to be ranked in the top dozen for seven consecutive years.
|Fortune credited BCG's for its investment in its people, career flexibility and mobility, training, high-impact client work, a collaborative culture, progressive benefits, and a commitment to social-impact work.
|BCG's No. 2 ranking was the best among consulting firms. The Big Four were all represented, with PwC at No. 48, Ernst & Young at No. 59, Deloitte at No. 67 and KPMG at No. 94. Booz Allen Hamilton, meanwhile, placed No. 84, while Accenture came in at No. 92.
