Jefferson Wells has named Daniel Murphy as managing director of its Boston office.
Murphy will be responsible for overseeing service, operations, growth and business development in New England. Prior to joining the firm, Murphy worked for the Roth Staffing Corporation, where his responsibilities included defining strategy and leading the national expansion for the Ledgent division; overseeing all relevant operations in 10 market areas; and defining and managing new-market launches.
Murphy also worked for Kforce, Inc., a specialty staffing company, for almost 15 years, rising to the role of regional market vice president.
