At least that’s the way Kirk Johnson, a Partner with the Seattle-based firm sees it. “We blend deep industry experience, a partnership focus with the customer, and a ‘get it done’ attitude while always maintaining an eye on driving to results,” he says. “We are frequently described by our clients as experts without the attitude.”

Maybe so, but what the firm may lack in attitude it more than makes up for in results—both with clients and its own employees. “As this recognition reflects, there is a very positive, energetic vibe within Lenati right now,” Johnson says. “People are excited about our vision and future growth opportunities, given we have doubled the size of our organization in the last two years.”

And that’s translated to increased client satisfaction and engagement, an area where Lenati stood out in the survey. “Our clients are our partners and their success is our success. And unlike some other consultancies, he says, Lenati isn’t afraid to offer an opinion that may differ from the norm with the hope that the solution will be more impactful in the end.
